Data Expertise, Grounded in the Sector
I bring 20+ years of combined experience as a business analyst, data analyst, credit risk analyst, and program manager to organizations working on some of the hardest problems in the social sector: domestic violence, homelessness, and precarious status.
I hold a BBA and an MA in Economics, and I’m currently completing a PhD in Public Policy, with research focused on the intersecting vulnerabilities of domestic abuse, homelessness, and precarious immigration or housing status. That research isn’t separate from this work — it’s the foundation of it. I understand this sector’s data because I study it.
How I work
I’ve spent two decades translating messy, real-world data into decisions — in banking, operations, and program management. I bring that same discipline to nonprofit and public sector reporting: practical, funder-literate, and built around outcomes that actually matter, not just activity counts.
Mission
My mission is to empower nonprofits, shelters, and public sector programs to embrace the full weight of their impact — through data solutions that combine purpose, precision, and clarity. Rooted in the belief that every number represents a real person, I aim to bring clarity and confidence into every report, dashboard, and decision, so the work of serving vulnerable communities is seen, measured, and valued the way it deserves to be.
Vision
To become the go-to partner for organizations who refuse to let their impact go unmeasured — blending rigorous data practice with a deep understanding of the populations being served. I envision a sector where data tells the truth about people’s lives, and where organizations doing the hardest work have the clearest possible evidence of what they’ve achieved.
Core Values
Purpose-Driven Excellence
I build data solutions that are intentional, rigorous, and aligned with your mission — not generic reporting for its own sake.
Innovation with Integrity
Every dashboard and framework I build combines technical precision with ethical data practice — especially important when the data represents people in vulnerable circumstances.
Empowerment and Growth
I equip program teams with the tools and training to understand and use their own data confidently, rather than stay dependent on outside help.
Dignity in Data
Behind every data point is a person, not just a statistic. I work to ensure the people your programs serve are represented accurately and respectfully in every report., ensuring that every product reflects the beauty of balance and representation.

Discover What Your Data Can Prove
In a sector where funding depends on evidence, and evidence depends on data, it’s easy to feel like you’re always one report behind. But proving your impact doesn’t require a data science degree or an expensive platform — it requires the right questions, asked of the data you already have. At BData Solutions, we believe good data should serve people, not just satisfy a checkbox. Every dashboard, every framework, every report is built with intention: to bring clarity to your work, confidence to your funders, and evidence to the outcomes that matter most. We begin with your data as it is today, and help you turn it into proof of the impact you already know you’re making.
