I’m a business analyst, data strategist, and AI consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations transform complex information into practical decisions.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (Economics and Accounting), a Master of Arts in Managerial Economics, and I am currently completing a PhD in Public Policy, where my research focuses on systems thinking, domestic violence, homelessness, immigration policy, and vulnerable populations. My academic work gives me a deep understanding of how policy, data, and human systems intersect, while my professional experience ensures every solution I recommend is practical and grounded in real organizational needs.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a business analyst, data analyst, credit risk analyst, reporting specialist, and program manager across financial services, technology, nonprofit organizations, and government-funded programs. I have led projects ranging from regulatory reporting for major financial institutions and SaaS analytics for a fast-growing technology company to business process improvement, policy research, grant operations, and executive reporting.
My technical background includes SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), BigQuery, R, Power BI, Excel automation, data modelling, business intelligence, requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow automation. I enjoy finding inefficient manual processes and redesigning them into streamlined, scalable systems that save organizations time and improve decision-making.
Over the past several years, I have also specialized in applying artificial intelligence to everyday business operations. I build effective AI prompts, design custom AI agents, identify high-value AI use cases, develop AI-enhanced workflows, and help organizations establish practical governance so AI is adopted responsibly, securely, and strategically—not simply because it’s the latest trend.
